Storm damage roof repair in New Jersey
Inspection, documentation and repair from one registered crew.
After a New Jersey nor'easter, thunderstorm or heavy snow, roof damage is not always visible from the ground. We inspect, document and repair it.
What storm damage looks like
- Shingles lifted, creased or missing after high wind
- Granules collecting in gutters or at downspouts
- Bent or separated flashing around chimneys, vents and skylights
- Limb impact, punctures or a sagging section
- Ice dams and water stains on ceilings or walls
What we do
- Protect. Temporary tarp or dry-in to stop further water entry.
- Inspect. Roof, attic and interior, with dated photos and measurements.
- Itemize. A line-item written estimate with a clear repair scope.
- Repair. Permitted, warrantied work by one crew.
Questions homeowners ask
Do you work with my insurance company?
We give you a written inspection report, dated photos and an itemized estimate that you can share with your insurer. We do not negotiate claims; that is the role of a licensed public adjuster or an attorney.
Will my homeowners policy pay for this?
It depends on the cause and on your policy. Sudden wind and falling-tree damage is commonly covered, while wear and tear usually is not, and flood is generally excluded from standard homeowners policies. Read your policy or ask your agent, and keep your photos and estimates.
Is the inspection free?
Yes, the inspection and written estimate are free and carry no obligation. [Owner to confirm.]
How fast can you protect my roof?
We prioritize active leaks. Call us and we will give you an honest arrival time based on our schedule and your location.
