Siding, gutters & exterior repair in New Jersey
Storm-damaged or worn exteriors replaced to match the rest of the house.
Siding, gutters and trim keep water out of the walls. When they fail, damage spreads behind the surface, so we inspect for hidden moisture before we replace anything.
Signs your exterior needs attention
- Cracked, warped, loose or missing siding
- Gutters sagging, pulling away or overflowing
- Peeling paint, soft or rotted trim and fascia
- Water stains or mold on exterior walls
- Storm impact from limbs, wind or hail
What we do
- Inspect. Check the surface and look for moisture behind it.
- Match and scope. Find matching or suitable materials and write a clear scope and price.
- Install. Siding, gutters or trim installed with proper flashing and drainage.
- Seal and finish. Seal joints, finish and clean up the site.
Questions homeowners ask
Do you work with my insurance company?
We give you a written inspection report, dated photos and an itemized estimate that you can share with your insurer. We do not negotiate claims; that is the role of a licensed public adjuster or an attorney.
Can you match my existing siding?
We try to match it. If it is discontinued we show you the closest options and explain the trade-offs before you decide.
Will my homeowners policy pay for this?
It depends on the cause and on your policy. Sudden storm damage may be covered; gradual wear usually is not. Read your policy or ask your agent, and keep your photos and estimates.
Is the inspection free?
Yes, the inspection and written estimate are free and carry no obligation. [Owner to confirm.]
